suspected etd

2 years ago my left side of neck suddenly became inflamed and burned. Two weeks later it happened again and brought on a screaming high pitch ringing in ear. I’ve had it 24/7 ever since . My y left ear hums but I can leave the humming for as long as I like and can turn off by either swallowing or even a popping noise with my tongue, yes that sounds bizarre. Ent are no help they say it’s just tinnitus and I’m full of anxiety, if I press my jaw or tilt my head to press my shoulders it amplifies 100% . Anybody got ideas what happened, I also get autophony in left ear

hi there, I’m so sorry you are suffering. Whenever I get similar symptoms, I do extremely intense self massage all around my jaw and neck and kind of pinch circulation and release of muscular tension. It sounds like something is caught or tight or pinched?
