How do I complain about this site which appears to be in breach Of GDPR and passed my data to a 3rd party without my permission?

If your complaint is about the Health Unlocked platform itself, that can be raised with them here - support.healthunlocked.com/

I have already today complained TUK giving them 5 days to reply

already tried the link and it leads no where useful

Please stop my personal details being used immediately by Health unlocked and them sending me emails Please remove my person details from Heath Unlocked as is my right under GDPR

I am a member of TUK and object strongly to this abuse of my personal information

TUK has 5 days to reply otherwise I go to the ICO and the possibly the charities commission with my complaint .A copy of this note has been kept as part of the evidence i shall submit if my request is not complied with

If you are receiving e-mails from Health Unlocked, they are the party that you need to complain to. These are not coming from Tinnitus UK. I would imagine that your user settings should also allow you to opt out of contact from Health Unlocked that you don't consent to.

Dont Agree

TUK gave my data to a third party without my consent ; that is a breach of GDPR and up TUK to take responsibility for their mistake and sort it out Lets see what your complaints people make of it

I'm locking this thread, then, Mawpaws. Your problems lie with a third party - you've raised a complaint which will be dealt with in due course.
