Hi Vincentchan

I sleep with Bose Sleepbuds all night every night and they work well for me. They last 10 hours and are very comfortable, even when sleeping on your side.

They are quite expensive but have been a life saver for me.

The Bose ones are specifically designed for sleeping and are so small and comfy you can sleep on your side with them in.

They are not headphones and you can only listen to a specific set of sounds through them.

The advice I have read says not to have silence. Always have a sound in the background. I use ear phones day and night . Yes I do sleep with them. I listen to LBC Sometimes now I just have the radio on . You tube has various colour sound therapy. Some people find that pillow speakers help. You can have them all on very quiet.

I don't have those wearable maskers. I have a wired earpiece attached to a Sony Walkman in my pocket. Yes that's a very old way of listening. Still had it in the cupboard from 20 years ago. I don't want both ears covered. The ENT chap suggested( and that's all he suggested) the sleep head band . I bought one but haven't tried it yet.
