Another virus

This is my 4th virus in 6 months , i normally get 1 a year usually a bad cold or a mild flu, not sure what's going on, iv tested for covid but that's clear, and it doesn't really bother me apart from the fact it always sends my T in to orbit which means i can not go to bed to sleep it off because the noise of my T is so loud i can not settle and i can not go out in to the lovely sunshine because i feel so dreadful and weak . I am just writing this because i feel pissed off Parden the French. Any way lots of love to all you T sufferers hope you are all doing well.

Hi John. I 've had several viruses this year . It's annoying - as you say - because it sends T thru the roof but it always settles again. Hopefully this fine spell will see off all the viruses. Hope you feel better soon.

Im the same, I maybe get 1 fluish a year but this past winter ive had it loads. I blamed my little one who attends a nursery as it seems like that setting would be like a petri dish :)

To support doglovers comment, the T always comes back down once i feel better though, every time.

Same here Darren. My little niece and nephew go to nursery and they catch everything and pass it on but at least it builds immunity in us as well as them 🙂

Me too John. I feel almost as bad as when I had Covid so did a test which was negative. It is, as you say, yet another nasty virus. Trying to stay positive but the T has been horrendous - I just cry in the long dark nights because it seems hopeless at times. Hope you feel better soon. I have just had an ENT appointment cancelled to see if my T can be helped. At 80 years of age I think I am stuck with it now. Stay positive somehow. Good luck.

Thank you. As soon as I had sent it, I regretted sending that reply to you as I sound so sorry for myself!! It helps to know there are others out there who understand. This horrible virus is the main problem at the moment. Best wishes to you - hope you are soon free of it and enjoying your life again.

Don't give up hope Sylvester . It's time and self care that works wonders for T . Be kind to yourself. Relax as much as possible. Do things you enjoy. Best wishes💖

Hi just read your bio, hope you don't mind, felt so sad for you having gone tbrough a terrible road accident when you were a young child which left you with hearing loss and severe tinnitus due to the head injuries your very brave to have coped with all this. Thanks for sharing. Yes walking for me helps too

Yeah I've had the time of it 🙈but sometimes I think, it's been better to have happened to me so young as I've just lived with it, whereas if it randomly appeared now, I honestly don't think I'd be able to cope as well. I read yours also, praying yours is just a short term effect from your withdrawals 🤞🏼

I’m 60 and my mother is 91. We both suffer from tinnitus and find Vitamin B12 (1000mcg) along with Vitamin D (1000 IU) daily helps. I’ve added Bio Magnesium (1-2 tablets daily). medicinenet.com/what_vitami....
