Had T for several years and recently experienced sporadic, loud "puffing" deep inside the T ear. Anyone experience similar?

I have something like this when laying in bed in morning after waking up- especially if i turn over to the side. It creates sort of like 3 or 4 sounds then stops. I do not hear in daytime.

Hello Peejayache

Would you describe this as more of a sound that you hear or a sensation that you feel?
