Eustachian tube Disorder2

Hi all, hope you are all ok. Still waiting for an appointment to see ENT consultant about my ear. Had glue ear after covid last Feb, started improving over the last few months but pressure is building in the same ear again and is painful. Every time I tilt my head down there is this weird pop, and I mean every time tilting the head (pop!). Does anyone have any advice?

You could ask your Dr about an Otovent device, mine prescribed me one. It helps to clear the Eustachian tubes, it’s basically a balloon you inflate with your nose.

Good luck, you can buy them on Amazon and read the reviews. But I’d run it past the Dr first.
