A high pitched hiss / whistle in both ears but louder in my deaf ear plus a low rumble / hum in my good ear .

I know you do but life will get better for you. Hang in there.

High pitched ringing, that at the start of the day feel like it's a little quiter and just in my left ear, then by the evening or earlier it's in both and very loud. Sometimes get an even louder spike in on ear that lasts a minute, that one scares me if that become permanent that would be horrifying.
