Hi, i think its important to ensure there is nothing sinister behind the reason for our T BUT I have to be honest searching for the reason why I got T is like cure searching, it was a waste of time an energy for me. I realised that for most it very difficult (nigh on impossible for some) to know why we got T therefore focusing my attention on why I got it was just keeping me in an anxious/worried state which was only going to put more focus on my T. Therefore, once I had seen an ENT I knew there was nothing sinister behind my T I put my attention on looking FORWARD and focusing on what I could do to manage my T and live well with it.
