I don't understand why more people don't know about amazing Tinnitus Masking videos on YouTube?

There are "Tinnitus Masking", "Tinnitus Scrubbing", "Tinnitus Sound Therapy" and other videos that are great to listen to that really work...!!

My ENT specialist told me there are 147 causes for T 😔

Yay TT, 147! I would have asked him/her to name every one of them just for good measure 😂

Thanks for sharing. Can you provide links to the any particular videos or channels?

I've watched some videos on masking etc. I personally didn't find them beneficial. Though w hat works for one person doesn't work for another. We all have to try different strategies and find ones that work for us. If like to see the videos you are referring to.

thanks chocolate135. I’ve used various masking sounds through my journey with T. With my current volume and sound what I find works for me is the sound of crickets or bird song. I use two different apps, “Starkey relax” and “ReSound GN”, both have an array of different sound types that you can alter or combine to find something that works for your T. The advice I got from speaking to a specialist was to still leave it so you can just about hear your T still, mingling with it was his words. That helps with habituation better than masking it completely.

Hi, Yes I agree with you that the Tinnitus Masking sounds will help some people, but others might not get any help with these. I use ocean wave sounds on my hearing aids when my tinnitus bothers me.
