Feeling about t
Hi
I'd say I've felt that way at times yes. Almost a sensation of panic for me.
As I've adapted (habitulised) slowly over time it's relatively rare mine gets completely on top of me though I do have days.
I have some distractions I use, walking or just being outside are good for me.
I aslo know it better, when I go and watch the football or go for a bike ride I'll really notice it afterwards as they masked or distracted it, that passes.
From my experience it does get better. This forum has been a huge help time.
All the best.

Worst part is cant find the cause
That I agree is a tricky area.
I've to a degree given up on that other than I have another set of intermittent and I think related symptoms around head pressure, jaw issues and disorientation that do need tracking down.
If a cure or a solution pops up I'd be ecstatic but I'm not optimistic on that one.

Do u feel acceptable
Hi Toughmathew.
If I understand your question as do I feel I've accepted tinitus as something I'm living with and can manage I think so yes.
Again I have good and bad days and some situations / places take a bit of planning but generally not too bad.
All the best and let me know if I've not explained clearly.

Hello! I had very loud T for years, with extremely crazy spikes with suicidal thoughts! I began to search frantically on the web because science does not give me any answer.
If you TRY ALL of this, I'm sure in two or three month you’ll be much better!!
1.- Mother tincture of Passinflower plant at night, but you don,t have to take medicine for sleep!
2.- Magnesium L-Threonate (only this Magnesium works well with T.) in the morning and five hours before sleep.
3.- GABA with Gingko Biloba and L-Theanine before breakfast.
4.- Control your blood pressure and detects if you snore or have cervical problems.
Keep in touch and best wishes!!
toughmathew, there probably is no cause. It is a very common condition. About one in ten or twelve of the world population has it. Maybe it was caused by loud noises, maybe it wasn’t. The thing is, you’ve got it NOW and looking for a cause will not help you. You are concentrating on the tinnitus instead of doing the things that we here on this forum have recommended you to do.
Whatever you do, it will probably take several months to habituate. Some people find some things work for them, others find other things work for them - but please remember there is no CURE as such, just ways round it.
Have you contacted the British Tinnitus Association yet, as I recommended some days ago? They are the world leaders, as a charity, in investigating possible ways to help people. This 8nckudes funding research. Do give them a ring or have a webchat.
Could u calm down easily
Would u guys take a year to get used to
