Has anybody found that they are now getting migraines since developing tinnitus

I used to get migraines but they stopped over 10 years ago but back now .

I started with tinnitus over 18 months ago and migraines shortly after

I do get migraines since T started. I don't think the two are related (in my case), though.

I'm pretty certain that the T is caused by wearing headphones and listening to music too loudly. The migraines are probably due to the menopause.

Anyway, I hope your migraines are mild rather than severe.

Greetings, do when my BP goes high. I have Tinnitus that’s due to emotional trauma. I’m CBT…. Balanced life& no stress…. I also used guided meditation from a hypnotherapist.
