Hello Sun_1234

Is the feeling of vibration that you describe perhaps anxiety? My usual advice when someone feels panicked or as though their heart is racing is to try and relax - a 'box breathing' exercise can be really helpful.

One that I like is this exercise from Dr Jo on YouTube - youtube.com/watch?v=odADwWz...

You might find that your tinnitus is less noisy and instrusive when you feel calmer.

Tinnitus can be very distressing, I know. Have you tried any sound therapy as a method of masking or distraction? When you say 'full head', do you mean a feeling of fullness in the ears? Also, is the vibrating in your head in your ears? I think you need to provide more information in order to get constructive advice.

No sound therapy. No any masking sounds. Any sounds make me uncomfortable. My T always change. full head sounds mean I feel some musical sounds comes from my head. both ears as well. one ear deaf one ear not fully deaf. I can’t explain properly bcz My English is poor.

I assume that you can hear OK with your 'good' ear. I find that some sounds aggravate my T and some sounds don't and can even help it. My T is also variable and can be very uncomfortable at times. Have you tried the full range of therapy sounds? I have a sound generator (white noise machine) and find that the Nature sounds can help me. Sharp, high-frequency sounds, such as birdsong, seem to reduce my tinnitus, at least temporarily, but everyone is different.

I can relate to what you are saying. Due to hearing loss your hearing range has changed and therefore the way your brain recieves sound.

From your other reply, I think you may have Hyperacusis which can accompany Tinnitus. Though they are two different conditions, they are a result of hearing loss and changes to the way your brain recieves sound. With Tinnitus your brain is compensating for the range in hearing loss; as my audiologist explained to me it's filling in the gaps. Similarly, Hyperacusis is sensitivity to noise (even familiar noises) as the sounds your brain is now recieving are different (or new) to how it used to receive them.

Habituation is part of getting used to your new hearing range.

There is no cure, but you can try sound therapy and de-stress techniques to help you cope. Understanding your condition will also help. Look on the [BTA website](originalText.

It WILL get easier.

I find that the weather affects my T. Today is a rainy day, so T is a lot louder and more annoying. On sunny, warm days it's a lot calmer. (I generally prefer rainy days as I don’t like the heat, but this is changing the way I feel about the weather.).

Sorry to hear. I use some cbd oil to take the edge off my anxiety when having a bad day. Worth a try?

Dr.s do say that there is no cure for either T or Hyperacusis but in fact hyperacusis (well mine) is diminishing slightly day by day. I turn to a great company called Scalerlight.com. It's quantum treatment for all types of things. Ask customer care's Nancy for assistance. It is the same type of treatment you would get from a med bed (Celestial Chamber) but to a lesser degree and accomplished by using a full face photograph. They have cured my entire digestive system from liver and gall stones to stomach ulcer pancreas. Find there website at https:scalerlight.com. Good luck💗🙏

Hi! My T îs quite high and feel it in my head, especially the upper half.Do not worry too much!

Check your blood pressure first. If it’s OK, try to relax and ignore the noises as much as you can, by doing something else, such as having a walk, listening to music, reading ,etc.

You can also try a relaxing natural medication like Sedatif PC or smth else. Or some Magnesium.

Good health!

Hello! Try now mother tincture of Valeriana plant and Passinflower plant. And with time add Magnesium L-Threonate (only this Magnesium works well with T.) and GABA. I'm sure your T. will change for the better!!

Have you tried Sapien Therapy? Another member on here suggested it. It gave me complete resolution of my T and enabled me to sleep. The T did reassert itself in the morning so you need to do it each night but it's not onerous. I do 3 cycles. Available on YouTube. Here's the link: youtu.be/XiHSYPLdyjA
