The head shake!

Hi everyone, this is my first post......When my T is really loud, spiking, a feeling of vibration and fullness, I can hear it over normal sounds. But I can shake my head and the T buzzing will go for 30seconds ish (a strange relief all be it brief) and then it returns. Just wondering if anyone else has this symptom?

Hello, my tinnitus is a loud high pitched screaming and a low frequency droning / rumbling. If I shake my head from side to side the humming noise stops, but comes back as soon as my head is still. The screaming never goes. I guess the humming I hear is blood flow related and shaking my head alters that.
