Why is that when i feel down , depressed anxious or lonely which is less often these days, my T gets louder but when i feel happy, great, content or i am in a great place my T never gets lower?, any way i am off on a long walk in this beautiful weather , then will call for a pint . The virus i had has passed and i am feeling good.

Nice work John. Hope you enjoyed your walk. I'm not entirely sure why T works that way. It's the same for me.

I guess the T is just where it is all the time. But when you are depressed maybe you spend more time alone or doing nothing much . Lets face it T is depressing if you stop and think about it .
