Thanks and as you say a very interesting article. It mentions night terrors and I do suffer from nightmares. Do others have similar experiences?

Thank you for that article - very interesting. I don’t know about anyone else but I am always amazed that as I am about to fall asleep - that period when you are not quite asleep but not awake, I have the sensation of ‘almost silence’. As a reminder I have musical tinnitus - undefined repetitive music that fills my waking hours 24/7. I have often wished I could capture that during my waking hours. I always dream and never have tinnitus whilst asleep. Upon waking I have about 10 seconds of silence before the music comes rolling back in - the pitch and velocity of this usually sets the tone for the day. I know there is a cure for this out there……. Somewhere! x

How interested. Thanks for posting it.

I know that when my tinnitus is severe I don’t have any dreams and infact I haven’t had any for a very long time. I think that indicates that I don’t go into a deep sleep

Thanks TimSussex A very interesting article. It's good to know there are people out there - thinking about T and possible ways to solve it.

Very interesting article and, clearly, there needs to be more studies in this area.

Respectfully submitted,
