My reason for feeling more positive about Tinnitus

Believe it or not, this little man is my reason for feeling more positive about T.

My partner bought this little fella for me back in October when I was struggling . I needed something that would distract me away from the T and focus on something else. He has been an absolute joy and brought back so much laughter in our house (although you wouldn't think so judging by the face!! haha!).

Meet Teddy...my grumpy faced French Bulldog!

Aww. What an adorable little fella. I don’t think he could fail to make anyone smile. Dogs are a wonderful antidote to all of life’s problems 🙂

I totally agree! Plus you end up going on way more walks than you would have done before! haha! :)

Ahhhh …He looks as if he might smile if you glance away and just before you glance back, so you never quite see the smile,

Hahaha! I love this! I think you're right...he must sneak a smile in when I'm not looking and he's probably thinking "sucker" haha! :)

Teddy looks wonderful , who can fail to be happy with his face . I also have a poodle called Teddy and also a black poodle called lulu . Without my poodles I would have stayed miserable and my dogs give me a focus for carrying on . Good luck to you and your family

Yes very spoilt I’m afraid !!! The groomer thinks poodles need to be cut every 6 weeks , this is very expensive for me. I don’t go out very much , good job

He's lovely! Teddy is a great name and I like his expression, he looks like a great character.

I grew up with cats and dogs - animals give you so much back. I've got a cat called Harvey and he is amazing company too though I can't walk him! Dogs keep you fit. 😊 🐈 🐕

Aaah he's so cute....I have a rescue beagle her name is Lexi....she had a few issues when we got her as we are her 5th owners but she is calming down now I can't imagine what she's been through but she has her forever home now. Dogs are such great company and get you out walking every day which helps keep you fit and gives you something else to focus on too. I love my walks out with Lexi and she loves it too she literally skips about when we are on a long walk she's so happy which is lovely to see.

Aww he is gorgeous . The one thing I have learned only recently is you have to get on with your life & the sooner you do get back to having a busy life despite the noise the easier it gets .

Nice dog.

We were dog-less when my T started though we've always them.

We got Daisy last year and same for me she has helped me adjust to T by being a distraction and also helping (enforcing 😀) a routine.

She's an absolute lunatic, never stops,

He is gorgeous indeed.

Yes you need to find anything what gives you happiness (for me it's coding for obscure computers :D ). The joy of life is bigger than tinnitus trauma - but it requires work to see it.

We all need something to focus on...be it a dog or 'coding for obscure computers' haha! :)
