I don't know if I have sinus problems that's causing my issues with my tinnitus that's screaming in my ear on the left everyday but in the right ear I can heart my heartbeat when I sleep with making not sleep well and making me depressed and stressful too

Hello Bucksrhino. I had a look back on earlier posts of yours and saw that you’d had benefit from the British Tinnitus Association. Maybe it’s a good idea to go back to their website and particularly go through their training module called “Take on Tinnitus” - to go over it again might help you?

I’m sorry your suffering so much. I think it’s a good idea to book an appt with your doctor and he might be able to get you into the ENT clinic quickly . If he can’t help with the severe tinnitus he can at least help you sort the depression out. I hope you feel better very soon .

Hi.., I'm in a similar situation, my left ear has been screaming for almost 2 years and, I have heard my heartbeat (also in the left ear) for nearly 3 years..., I can ignore the screaming but the sound of the heartbeat is unsettling.

I’m quite happy with the pulsatile tinnitus as I have AF so lovely to hear my heart beating loud and strong. Just seen ENT and been given new hearing aids with white noise. 🤞

hearing your heartbeat (pulse) in your ear is called pulsatile tinnitus. It certainly can be caused by allergies and chronic sinus problems. Seeing an ear, nose, throat (ent) doctor is your best bet. They could prescribe an effective antihistamine that would lesson or eliminate your problem....if it is allergy related. Good luck!
