Post Vaccine Dizziness and Tinnitus

Hello - I've previously commented on my post 2nd vax AZ and onset of tinnitus. I didn't get (or at least I didn't think I did) any side effects from the first dose. Last week or so, a further side effect kicked in out of the blue - dizziness and vertigo in bed at night- swirling room, the works. It did remind me of a few dizzy spells after first vax which I brushed off as trivial and prob just low blood pressure. Anyway my point is, a pharmacist we visited for a completely different topic, happened to mention gingko as a good way of handling dizzy spells. I have been on it for a week now - 2-3 tablets a day - and the dizzy spells have disappeared. I must admit as a sceptic , to being completely surprised by this. This is not medical advice in any way but if you are suffering from this very common vax side effect, at least give it a go. I will keep the dose up for a full month then stop; I will post if it returns. The tinnitus however remains. Be well.

Morning - glad to read that you've noticed some improvements.

Ginkgo seems to work well for some folks, and has the opposite effect on others. I think it goes to show that tinnitus affects us all uniquely and there isn't a universal therapy which can be recommended - so we'd advise anyone to do their due diligence like Burntorangeheresy has done before committing to complementary treatments.
