Does slap-induced tinnitus get better

Hi everyone , i got hit on the ear 11 days ago and yesterday my tinnitus got much worse((( im so sad and desperate , can anyone help me? Does it get better?

Have you seen a medical person about your injury? If not, that’s the first place to go.If you have seen a doctor, and they confirm there’s nothing wrong, have you read the website of the British tinnitus association? You’ll get lots of reassurance there.

Hi to you, what an unfortunate thing to have happened to you and also a shock. I think what Happyrosie has implied is the best avenue . See if you can get to your doctors as soon as possible . Hope everything calms down for you soon

Hi.I remember the same thing happening to me when I was much younger. It effectively resulted in a perforated ear drum. I hope you don't have that problem but you do need to get it checked out sooner than later.

If you're getting nowhere with your GP due to Covid restrictions then there is no harm in you attending a rapid care centre at your local hospital.
