Hello Blademink. We on this forum all suffer from Tinnitus and we care. You are not alone. I think you've made another post as well, talking about difficulty sleeping. There are lots of reasons why your sleep might be disrupted including simple things like your bedroom is too hot/cold/noisy, your mattress is a bit old, you are not relaxed when you go to bed . What about doing a bit of research online on sleep problems, if you have not done so already - though DONT believe people trying to sell you things - only from website you can trust like charities or medical sites.

Sorry to hear that Blademink. Tinnitus is horrid. No one truly understands unless they've got it. You're in good company here. Lots of people with T from a short time to many years. Hang around here and you won't feel so alone.

It’s not easy is it and relaxing is the one thing that’s supposed to help it. Lockdown doesn’t make it any easier either. At least we have some very nice understanding people on here to talk to. I want to try some reflexology sessions when it’s safe to do so. Hopefully that will help in calming the nervous system.

Chat soon.
