Hi Hla20. I don't have a headband - I like to wear a woolly hat in bed so it wouldn't work - but I use an app called Tinnitus Aid . There are lots of lovely sounds to choose from. It's free. It doesn't erase all the worries related to tinnitus / sleep but it's very soothing. Hope it helps.

I've been using a headband called Musicozy which links to my tablet via bluetooth. No idea how good it is compared to others because, honestly, I've only ever owned the one I have now.

As for apps, I've just downloaded Beltone Tinnitus Calmer on the advice someone posted in another thread and haven't had a chance to use it yet but may do tonight.

I have used SleepPhones sold by the BTA. Very comfortable and I use the Relax Melodies app. on my phone. I use the SleepPhones that connect to the headphone socket on my phone. I also use an headphone extension cable so the SleepPhones easily reach from my phone to my head and allows head movement at night.

Hi, please can you post a link to the SleepPhones as I’m having difficulty finding them in the BTA site and they sound just what I am looking forward. Thanks for your help.

Not sure links are allowed, but you can buy them on Amazon, just enter "sleep headband" no quotes

Oh okay, thanks for the help. I’m looking for comfortable ear buds as I’m not sure how I’d get on with a headband overnight (not the best hair for it!). Need to experiment. Thanks again.
