Hello, (Anti-bodies found in relation to my thyroid and I experience different symptons, however, I remain undiagnosed)

I was curious if a thyroid disease/dysfunction could cause a severe spike it tinnitus?

I've had tinnitus for over 10 or so years, but recently have been suffering sever spike and increase in tinnitus intensity which is affecting me mentally in a a negative way.

This all happened not long after I started with my new symptoms which may be in relation to the thyroid.

(Fatigue, joint aches, heart palps and many others.)

I would also appreciate any advice, techniques and and other forms of support, if possible.

Thanks you.
