hello, i have a whistling noise in head. Anyone else got the same? Are u muslim. What can be done about it?

Trying to fix this ringing noise. It takes the piss man. No health conditions and now this

The most common causes appear to be hearing loss or stress.

See a doctor. They can check for build up of ear wax. Otherwise, they can refer you to the ENT Clinic. They will check your hearing and rule out anything serious, which it very rarely is. It all depends on your symptoms and history, even a recent as exposure to loud noise.

If you haven't had it long it could be temporary.

Meanwhile, try sound therapy... tinnitus.org.uk/sound-therapy

There is no magic pill. In the long term, it's your journey. Acceptance and habituation.
