I don`t know a 100% if it will help. But I when first stared after some time it felt a “little” better. But it could also have been other things. If the oile is also for pain. Then I have some tips. Get capsules, take them after a fatty meal(cbd needs fat to get i to the body) or after Taking fish oile capsules and finale take after your weight.
Hi Soren , thank you for your reply. I am waiting for my CBD to come , the first lot I ordered had THC in it which is not what I wanted. I want to take it for both insomnia and pain , mainly for insomnia as no matter what I seem to take I can’t sleep! It’s become a habit now. So it only helped you sleep a little bit . Can I ask you how much you took? I’m going through a Dr so it should be good oil. I appreciate your message as I don’t know how it will work with sleep and tinnitus . Thanks so much .
I replied to your last post and I understand how desperate you are to be rid of the pain. I'm just worried you are pinning your hopes on something which may not come to fruition.
I understand from your last post the CBD you are waiting for is prescribed. I hope it or you can find something works for you. As I said in my reply to your last post, be wary.
CBD helps me a little. A started by taking about 50mg because i weigh 110kg. With that I eat a meal or take fish olie pilles with at least 30g fat. Just know that is does not work for everyone. About the THC nearly all CBD has THC but it is so little that it does not matter.
Hi Soren , one more question ...and I will leave you alone ! I’m not sure how bad your tinnitus is , but did the CBD oil affect your tinnitus in any way. I’m worried it may make my tinnitus worse.
Thanks Soren I appreciate your feedback my tinnitus is so high ... even if it helps me to sleep that would be fantastic so I can get off these sleeping tablets . If you have any other tips that would be great !
You might not feel comfortable private messaging me ... can I ask ...how long have you been taking it for and do you think it has helped your anxiety? I am hoping to take it for anxiety and sleep as I want to get off pain killers and sleeping tabs. Ordered some through a Dr but they had THC in it which sent me loopy . Private message me if you like as I’m very interested to hear a bit more about it !
Ask for a cannabis oil which is high in CBD . There are some strains of cannabis that have 20-1 ratio of CBD to THC. Ringo is one, there are many.
You can make caps yourself much more cheaply than buying them if that matters or if you like to do things yourself. Put about 1 part cannabis flower to 1/1/2-2 cups of coconut oil in a small crock pot and let it cook on low overnight for 24 hrs. Don't let it get above 275 degrees or it will kill the good compounds. ( For instance, 1 oz cannabis to 1 1/2 -2 cups of coconut oil) It turns the oil a lovely green.
Strain it, and then with a dropper put it into caps ( which you probably can get at a local health food store) .
Take one and see how you feel. If you have gotten a strain high in CBD you shouldn't feel it at all. Then next time take two. Take them before bed so if you happen to be very sensitive you can just crash. I find two work great for sleep. I have had ours lab tested so I know how many mgs are in it,( 7-10 per cap) but even without lab testing just start slow and experiment. I think the stats are still that it has never killed anyone. Loopy is about the worst it can do. Or munchies. Or some serious laughter. Best of luck.
