Hello everybody,
Insomnia has been haunting me on and off over the years. Recently I've been doing better but I notice that the slightest stress can turn me sleepless for a while. What helps me trough the night is good music. There are some composers (Like Max Richter) that write the most majestic sleep-music. However, I have a quite severe tinnitus in both ears (most likely caused by hearing loss, my own fault for not taking good care of my ears.) The issue with most sleep-music albums is that they contain silences that "flare up" my tinnitus, especially when using earbuds.
So... to "counter" this issue I composed an album of my own. Over the past months, I've created a tinnitus friendly sleeping album. It's full of my own sleepy compositions, but also with old classics rearranged to fit an album of Sleep Music.
If you are an insomnic with tinnitus as well, I will not say that this album will help you fall asleep. I'm not meaning this as medical advise against insomnia at all! But perhaps can it help you with putting your mind at ease after getting insomnia-stress. (Track 11 "Nightly Worries" was written with this feeling)

Lots of love from the Netherlands. If you have any questions or feedback, please let me know! And... apologies for my English.
