Has anyone besides me gotten real sinister creepy tinnitus sounds?

In my other posts I mentioned I get super loud vibrating truck engine tinnitus sometimes and a creepy music oooo ooooo wavering sound that can get loud and transform into a booming sound. I know some people get low frequency tinnitus but I hear it's more common to get a hissing or super high pitch frequency. I often get mid range frequency like 700 to 1500 hertz beeps. Anyone else get sinister sounds?

Yes, I've had the high pitch hissing for 20 + years. I get thumping pulsatile when I strain. It can flair up for a week and then calms down. Now I'm getting a distant motor like sound. Perhaps a distant hum of a generator or ships engine. More recently it pulsates but not in sync with my heart rate. The high pitch noises spike unexpectedly. Im currently doing a lot of physical labor, working on my house. This could be tension in my neck and shoulders or just simply, stress hormones. Who knows..........Or, maybe I'm hearing the new G5 tower they've just erected down the block.
