There may well have a connection - hearing loss can be a reason for tinnitus developing and hearing aids can be effective ways of managing your tinnitus.

Of course, 🤓It masks your healthy hearing and clinicians stick to the story that it is your brains response to hearing loss. Some people have neck injuries that cause cemetrical tinnitus but it's hard to get support on that prognosis. The best advice I can offer is to develop distractions. It's still important to protect your ears, regardless of the cause of your T because loud noise, ear buds, cell phones, will damage your ears.

Try low stress yoga with lots of stretching on the floor to open up your back.
