Hey what I did was look at the ingredients of the formula, its really 'normal' minerals that you get over the counter and bought separately. I saved quite a lot of money.

I think this formula only works if you have a pure tone, and that getting blood to the surrounding ear will reduce it. E.g I had that type of tinnitus where I'd yawn in the morning, blood would would rush to ear and my tinnitus would stop. And my concoction of minerals helped a lot....unfortunately I have somatic tinnitus now, so doesn't help

There's nothing on the market that helps with tinnitus. Don't waste your money
