I usually sleep fine but for the past couple of night my tinnitus has woke me up. Worried its getting worse as this is not the norm.

I wake up many times during the night, because tinnitus wakes me up. I use my iPad , listening to auditory boks and Fall asleep again. 😀 Winter makes my dysfunction of the eustacian tubes worse.

You could also try getting a sound pillow (I had got mine from Hearing Direct) where you can plug in an MP3 player or play a Tinnitus white noise app on a mobile phone. It is usually enough to mask the constant ringing in the ears. I did have it very bad last summer but the intensity of it has eased and I hardly notice it now. I also do about 60 miles a week cycling which also keeps the blood pressure down.

Best wishes

I would usually just think that but it's different tones that wake me up. They are almost in my dream and I wake up to them. Sounds strange I know. Thankyou for the link x
