T and alcohol
I too have tried alcohol for T helps me sleep for a short time but then I just wake up again and it’s just as bad ,like you my T has returned it seemed to take a day or 2 after loud bang from bike tyre exploding now it’s been raging for 3 weeks on and off.For 5 years I hardly noticed it .
Fully agree with you....alcohol exacerbates the condition.
We are all with you, sometimes answering your messages, more often silently supporting and praying for all of us

Thanks for those kind words nearly went of the wagon the other day as found a bag with cans of lager in.i was getting over flu go want let me have the flu jab till I’m better but I just keep getting one cold after another next week I should get the jab.since having councilling I cry at any thing sad sometimes never see the end of a program as crying so much.that evening watched to episodes of swat both with sad endings cried felt really down T bad.but thankfully came to my senses and tipped it al away.i do believe reading the posts here and when you post one your self help not just you but all the sufferers out there and perhaps save someone’s life.lets all keep up the good work on this forum and let’s pray that they find a cure soon so we can get back to hearing what we want to hear and not what’s in our heads.
Worked out at an early stage that Alcohol is bad for T. Have not drunk alcohol for 2 years since getting T. Can live without it .....Just!
