Hi everyone, I've not been on here for a while. I do have tinnitus but I won't except that the noise is coming from me! I still blame the factory behind my house. When I'm away from home the sound follows me so it must be me!! How did you cope with your diagnosis?

Hi Tilly.

Sorry to read that your tinnitus is problematic and that you're having trouble accepting it. Knowing that the noise is generated within is a tough thing to grasp, but you are acknowledging that blaming the factory near your home isn't helping.

I'm sure the community here will have some good ideas to help you cope with a tinnitus diagnosis and for examining options for hearing tests, managing tinnitus and seeking support.

Best of luck and thank you for posting your update.
