I haven’t posted anything for a long time, but recently things just started to niggle at my sanity. I feel that my coping strategy with tinnitus, is turning into possibly OCD as I have developed such an almost obsessional fear of change in my life, also I lost a close friend eighteen months ago, and I now just feel that I fear change to the extent of avoiding most social contact outside of work. I used to think I had beaten Mr T, but the swine also try’s to make a comeback. This is almost feels like the start of something who knows where it will end. I have decided to change jobs to one with more prospects to force a change upon myself. Life restarts tomorrow.
