Tinnitus Positive Talk

Hi Everyone,

I am new to this community. I have had Tinnitus for about five years now. I have explored all types of mindfulness work to help manage my tinnitus but have not had a lot of luck finding positve guidance that is specific to tinnitus, so I decided I would just start doing my own.

I just put together a new audio talk/mediation that I am hoping will help some people.

Please don't get turned off by the word meditation, I know I did for a long time. You don't have to be any kind of a meditator to listen, just be you. It is best if you listen to this when you have some time, around 20 minutes in a quiet place without disruptions. I think if you can hang in there for the 20 minutes you will get some benefit.

Thank you very much, I enjoyed your meditation, which gave a lot of comfort and at the same time an acceptance of tinnitus. Your voice is great for meditation.

I got tinnitus 2 and a half years ago. I got it after an middle Ear infection. I had my ears syringed at an Ear specialist because of a lot of earwax. I came with a throat infection when I had my ears syringed. So I am pretty sure that this infection is due to my tinnitus. My diagnosis says dysfunction of the eustacian pipes. Tinnitus is Day and Night. I am still struggling.
