finding that when I keep my ears bust , with some sort of sounds that I tend to forget I got T , I know I'm not the worse case of T and many others have it much worse than me , but finding if I have some constant source of something too keep my ears occupied ( not to loud) then I don't think of it so much , regards k

Yes, I'm the same. I'm ordering some of that TRT ring relief later. It's only £8.99, and wouldn't bother if it was expensive, but someone has had positive results, so as my T is fairly mild, and as I've said before isn't s major problem, I thought I'd give it a go. It's the first thing I've ever tried and might well be the last. Hayley x
