Rehabituate

Hi, I first began my life with tinnitus some 16 years ago. It took me some time but after around 3.5 years I had habituated to the point I virtually never knew it was there. Perhaps only after an afternoon nap, but it would just disappear again. Got really unwell some 4 months ago and now it's all back like like the beginning. Have really struggled at times. Do get very down cause it won't revert back to where I'd got to. Has anyone rehabituated following some illness or for any other reason?

I envy you Muddo for succeeding before, so you will do it again, I’m pretty sure. I’m working on it first time around so if you have any tips? All the best

Hi, thanks for the encouragement. Tips, don't give up the belief you will, that was my only thought last time. If you read my other post 'First Time" you'll understand my belief.
