Hi, has anyone tried Liam bohems method of fasting and exercise? It seems alot of people are getting results but it does take time, it's a pretty extreme programme but anything is worth ago if it works.

Anyone tried Liam bohems method
Hi Michael, I am on his mailing list. I've yet to commit to his tecnique as it's pretty full on and I don't think there is any point in doing it partially. Although I am having a fasting day today.
Hi Richard, I purchased the program just over a week ago and I'm starting it this week.once you purchase it you get pet in a telegram group and each person can write stuff and encourage each other.on the group there is alot of people a few weeks in and tinnitus is going down, so anything is worth a go.
When even the originator of this method has extensive legal disclaimers saying it could be dangerous, and he's not a medical doctor, is it really something you want to pursue?
There's some threads over on Tinnitus Talk, and it's pretty much denounced as a scam. I hadn't heard of it before, but even a quick look over the materials and discussion makes me somewhat dubious. Fasting and cold showers?
Best wishes

Have you a link to the Tinnitus talk threads. I would be interested to read if any of the people saying its a scam have actually followed it through for 2 to 4 months. Or is it a case of this requires a lot of dedication and commitment and dismiss it as a scam.
I actually contacted BTA on fasting. Gave them my email for them to get back to me. That was about 2 months ago.
Another point i would like to make is, if it is a scam why does he offer a money back guarantee. Or am i being naive.
Many thanks
Richard.
Hi Richard, I have paid the $37 and you can get that back at any time.not saying it will work for everyone that's why I wanted to see if anyone on here to see if anyone else had tried it.once you pay the fee you get into a members group.theres loads of videos on meditation and muscle release and other things.but yes your right you can get money back at anytime, so I can't see how it's a scam and the stuff seems hard but tinnitus is hard. So getting rid will be just as hard.
Once you buy his "Tinnitus 2" doesn't he then try to sell you a book (£50 ebook) ...then an extra "support" package with a monthly fee.
Been watching his YouTube channel but now getting the impression he's a scammer trying to make cash off telling folk to fast and eat healthy?
I registered for his free book and honestly getting spam emails constantly now.
Hi,all I can say is I'v only paid one fee and I get into his Web page as a member but have not paid any other fee since,if you want to be part of the anti tinnitus group you can and that is a fee every month but it's optional.he is travelling across u.s.a and Mexico at the moment making a documentary about tinnitus, interviewing e.n.ts,chiropractors and therapists.its all about opinion to be honest but I do think he has some good stuff and some stuff that doesn't make much sense. I can say I haven't been under pressure to pay anything else.
Thanks Michael
