Has any body had acupuncture and if so does it work my mum keeps telling me to try it she says that if it does not work at least I have tried it my mun had it for pain in her face and it worked

I tried it for a month it did help me with my tinnitus But it helps your body relax.

Acupuncture is an interesting case - there's some evidence it works, from Chinese based studies, and some evidence that it doesn't, from Western based studies. If you think it helps that's great, and it is very unlikely to do any harm, but if you are unconvinced, I would look for something else.
