I have vaped for the past three years or so and if anything, it helps calm me down. I also vape CBD oil when I get a bit stressed (mixed in with my regular flavours) and I am convinced it helps settle the T down a shade. It's worth trying and a lot healthier than ciggies.

Not sure about the effects of alcohol on T as I seldom touch the stuff but I am sure I have seen some posts saying it made it worse and others said the opposite!

Vaping doesn’t affect mine and thankfully alcohol helps, I’d never sleep a wink otherwise

I read somewhere that PG juice is ototoxic and can cause issues with hearing , may just be a dr google conspiracy

I've been vaping for the two years since I quit cigarettes, but my brand of e-cig recently went out of business. I had no obvious ill effects with the e-cigs and my lungs cleared up nicely. Now I'm trying all kinds of options and it seems anything with e-juice (including 0% PG/100% VG and low 0.3% nicotine juice) gives me almost instant tinnitus and headaches that last for hours. I don't understand it, but it is rather frightening.

Hi, I can confirm 100pct that vaping has created a temporary tinnitus on me. I started vaping in 2015 and after 18 months I started to developing tinnitus on both ears. I had no clue what was the reasons for this. I had started a low carb diet at that time and thought that was related. At some point the tinnitus was so strong that it was waking me up in the middle of the night. I wa so scared that I started to look on the net and found out an article on the possible ototoxicy of vaping. I stopped vaping and moved back to cigarettes. After maybe a month or two, it disappeared. Stupidly I started vaping again hoping this would work this time with no side effect... I was wrong, it started again. I stopped but made a few months later a last try with PG free liquids and again it came straight back. So stupid. I moved back to cigarettes again and later on to the the ‘Heat cigarette’ system, all was good. Over the last 2 years no more tinnitus. This afternoon, I bought a famous vape usb style from the US. By curiousity. I tried for 5 minutes and tasted all flavors. 5 minutes later the tinnitus was back. I don’t know how long this will last but for me the vape is definitely over and there is absolutely zero doubt that some substances in these liquids has - on me - very bad side effects on my ear - only the right one for the moment. Hope this will disappear soon.

I agree with you 100% i had same experience 3 times but i will say i only found certain juices doesnt increase tinitus which made me think its flavouring allergies more than pg it self...tried same liquid in salt or free base and both are quiet ok but am quetting anyway
