The Dinner Dance๐Ÿ‘

Hello,

I wrote a post about being nervous about the noise of going to my first dinner dance.

Well it was last night and I went armed with my party plugs ๐Ÿ˜‚ It was noisy, a lot of people in a smallish room.

I must say I struggled with the earplugs, they were excellent for lowering the noise level but I didn't like the way I could only hear my own voice in my head!!๐Ÿ˜ณ

I have to say, I put the plugs in, took them out, put them in and on and on it went. ๐Ÿ˜

Anyway the upshot was that in spite of the loud noise levels I seem to have faired ok. The T was screaming in my head when we left and really bad for an hour after I got up but then it seems to have settled and I've had a relatively calm day with it, so the outcome is; the loud noisy dinner dance did not appear to make my T any worse.

Today it is just the same as always ๐Ÿ˜ณ๐Ÿ˜ฐ๐Ÿ˜‰

The earplugs do take a bit of getting used to. That said, they only offer any protection when they're in!. Thank for posting the update, glad to hear that you're none the worse - you haven't said whether you enjoyed yourself or not though! ;-)
