I have been free of tinnitus for nearly two days. But as soon as I return from, say shopping or a walk it starts up again! Boom, boom, boom. Is there any way I can

Hi John. Yes I find that being out and about really helps with my T. Lots of different sounds and background noise to distract me. Then you get back to the peace and quiet of your own home and Mr T comes to the fore again. Much the same as when you go to bed at night, it helps to have some background noise so try playing some music or put the tv on or play some nature sounds if you have a sound machine or phone app. Or there are plenty of "relaxing" videos on youtube.
