Pensioner , feeling guidy at times , noises in ear, cannot wear NHS earing aids because of irritation .
Have had ONE stroke about 5 years ago ,mild type .
Husband has Mennieres about 40 years now , taking Sercs (betahistine ) giving quite good control.

Anything to do with the ears on the scale that you are talking about needs the help of the professionals. See your GP and get a referral to ENT for tests.
As others have said, your first port of call should be your GP. There can be many causes of the symptoms you describe, and Meniere's is actually one of the least common.
Do ask your GP to refer you for further investigation.
still waiting for appointment, forgot to add that this condition started after gradual hearing loss ,might have to save up for spectacle hearing or hearing aid fitting properly in ears without falling out or being dislodged .lost one hearing aid in first week .
