I have never heard it mentioned coffee is bad for tinnitus.

No. , carry on and enjoy your coffee.

Some people are affected by caffeine, others aren't. If it doesn't bother you, enjoy your coffee.

My husband who has had tinnitus many years stopped drinking coffee as exacerbated it, he was told to cut out coffee, alcohol, and salt (which def affects him) He now drinks a coffee alternative decaf called Whole Earth.

I stopped a lot of things Coffee was one of them but now I won’t let T rule me , I drink coffee & carry on my life as normal as possible . Hope this helps we are all different & we just have to find our own way with this condition but you will get there so good luck .

I was advised to cut out caffeine because of a prostate condition and I tried it for a while but it made no difference. During that period my tinnitus never changed. As others have said, if it doesn't seem to make any difference then don't stop.

Don't give anything up for tinnitus. It is not the master of you.

As someone who is housebound because of T H, comments like this really piss me off.

Thank you for your honesty, but I don't do 'one size fits all' comments.

You have my sympathy. I hope you can improve in time. There's nothing around to say that can't happen.

You will only know by drinking as much as you want, and seeing if it makes any difference. I drink several cups a day, more in winter than summer, have tried decaf instead of caffeinated and come to the conclusion that caffeine has no effect on my tinnitus. But everyone is different, so the only way you will know is by trying.

I have had tinnitus for 32 years and have never noticed any food or drink causing a difference. Sadly caffeine is actually useless for me as I have had 14 Turkish coffees one night at a concert in a coffee house and slept for 10 hours immediately after. It doesn't affect me at all so I can't help there.
