BTA Helpline - open over Christmas

For the first time, the BTA helpline will be open between Christmas and New Year to offer support to the tinnitus community. We appreciate that this time of year can be a difficult time for many reasons.

The helpline will be open on Wednesday - Friday, 28-30 December between 9am and 5pm. It's a freephone number 0800 018 0527, and should be included in most mobile phone calling plans too. If you are calling from outside the UK, we can be reached on [phone].

If you need further emotional support, please contact the Samaritans 24 hours a day on 116 123 (in the UK) or at [e-mail].

And of course, this forum will be here 24/7!
