Well lets just say Normal with Hypothyroid :-) .

I really appreciate the advice from everyone and reading all the questions and answers have been enlightening.

Wow I have realised I am not going crazy .... and that is so empowering.

I feel so much more positive today and I felt like I needed to tell you. x

Great. Do you feel able to post what you are taking? I put up a blog post a few days ago with the meds/supplements I'm taking. I'm a lot better than I was, but I a long way to go and I'm interested to read what others take.

I take 100mcg of Eltroxin which I have taken on a morning for 35 years.

I also take Premarin HRT on a morning as well .... which has been reduced 3 times since I arrived here.

I also take off my own back Vit D , Magnisium , Vit C and Vit B12

I thought I was taking the same brand Eltroxin as in South Africa but I have found out it isn't the same one as it comes via a different manufacturer so that could possibly be why my health has not been as good for 12 years.

In addition to my previous response I think I ought to mention incase you have mistaken what I meant for Normal ..

When I say I feel normal what I mean is I now know that I'm not going crazy , everything isn't in my imagination and that my symptoms are like many others who post on here with hypoythyroid.

I havent felt very well for quite a while and I had basically given up because I wasnt coping with all the pain and didnt have the energy to care anymore .. that is until finding this support group.

There are many people on here who are very ill and have lots of complications ... I'm hoping I just need my medication sorting out.
