If you are on T3 only, what dose are you on?

......25mcg taken in 4 doses throughout the day. T3 is 4/5 times stronger than T4.

Taking 150 mcg T4 at night and then 30 mcg T3 in 3 doses through the day

I take 60 or 70 at bedtime depending on how I feel and then maybe another 10 around 11ish before lunch

I have been taking 25mcg T3 each morning but am now upping the dose to 50mcg - took an extra 12.5 mcg today five hours after 25mcg first dose and will take another 12.5 in five hours time - have a bit of a headache. Four small doses a day seems norm but I'm experimenting with the timings and amounts.

NHS would never give me more than 20mcg in case I went hyper.

I wonder why T3 did not work for me?
