Hi Jackie

You may find you get a better response if you post some more information about yourself.

Your diagnosis, current meds, latest thyroid blood results, any symptoms you are still having etc...

In the meantime - Selenium aids in conversion of T4 to T3.

We always suggest that people are tested for B12 & Vitamin D - have you had these tested?

Louise

x :-)

I'd recommend testing your levels first.

I'd do blood tests including:

Ferritin,

Vitamin D,

B12,

B9

and a stool test to see if you need probiotics to keep your system acidic enough (some thyroid patients have low acid which stops nutrient absorption).
