What about telling us something we can go by? Have you been diagnosed? When? What treatment are you having? What are your blood test results plus reference ranges? Have you had an op on the thyroid? Have you got tingling hands/feet? Do you see an endocrinologist?

they call it TATT, we call it Thyroid trouble. As nostone says above - give us a little more info so we can try to help Jane :)

As well as thyroid it can be other things, especially severe diabetes, kidney disease and heart disease. I would assume it is the thyroid but if it does not improve then look elseware. it was only when my diabetes was severe that my tiredness was impossible but it was the first symptom

May also be adrenal problem or CFS, fibromyalgia (sore to touch muscle) could have a bearing, oh yes and the dreaded thryoid. Lack of iron, deficiencies in vits and minerals. You need to get all this checked out sooner rather than later. Try googling tiredness/fatigue and see what other answers come up. How are your kidneys? Are you on any medication at all?
