Hi Maysia

Unfortunately we can't see all of your question. The top box on the question screen is limited so that we can only see the first 200 characters - even though you can actually type more. Please can you go in to edit your question and cut and paste the rest of the text into the bottom box. We can only see down to '...no energy, ha'

I was in a similar situation last year. When i'm ill i seem to be worse. However, I went back to Dr's and had more tests, my thyroxine was put up. Some Dr's have varying levels that they think are acceptable. Everyone is different. Have another blood test and tell them how bad you feel. Sit there, make them listen.

I felt awful for ages, I was finally diagnosed with Hypothyroidism and was prescribed Levothyroxine 25mg.....im still not right and have more bad days than good...On a consultation with my Doctor about my symptoms etc, she quipped hypothyroidism is nothing really, well I thought if she had that "Nothing" she would see what a ridiculous statement she made!!!... Needless to say I changed my Doctor who is a lot more understanding...

Hi Denise ,I now feel that Doctors should not be able to treat people with thyroid problems unless they have it themselves ,then we might get the help we all really need ,best wishes Jan xx

I had a large dose of vit D by injection during June and tablets by prescription, but since I have bought Vit D3 manufactured by Nutri which I take in a glass of water and I think that I must absorb the drops better as I feel much better. The consultant has OK'ed them. I was also put on iron because although I was within normal range it was very low. I have bought iron with vitamins and minerals, again by Nutri. I feel so much better and I am very grateful to the consultant who was willing to think out of the box.

Hi Could you tell me what symtoms you had and if the vit D has cured them.

I am classed has borderline underactive and have lots of symtoms but NHS will not treat, but they said I had low VitD and have given me DEKRISTOL 20 000 I.E, which is Vit D, a very small pill I take every 2 weeks, I have aches and pains and terrible nerve like pains in feet, I am also taking myself 4 Nutri adrenals and 4 Nutri Thyroid, but somehow these seem to be making my feet worse, any suggestions please, many thanks June
