Hi,

If you have been diagnosed with under-active thyroid, it probably means your thyroid cannot ever function properly, and therefore no diet is likely to help very much. You really do need to take replacement thyroid hormone in order to stand any chance of feeling better.

Can you tell us a bit more about why you feel you are sensitive to thyroxine? What happens when you take it? What dose have you been prescribed?
