Welcome to the forum Yolandaco

From your profile, I can see that you also have hypothyroidism. There is certainly links between auto immune thyycinditions (Hashimotos) and psoriatic arthritis:

Can you share what thyroid medication you are taking and any blood test results (eg TSH, FT4 and FT3) ?
